The story

A career built quietly, one chair at a time.

Regina didn't set out to build a brand. She set out to be the artist clients trusted on the days they couldn't afford to get wrong — wedding mornings, taping days, cover shoots, and the kind of milestones people only get once.

What started as a deep curiosity about light, skin, and color became a twenty-five-plus-year career across bridal, editorial, television, film, and celebrity work. Along the way, the work quietly built its own reputation — and Strictly Makeup became the home for it.

Today, Regina splits her calendar between brides, private event clients, and production calls. The setting changes; the standard doesn't. Glowing skin, defined features, finished but never overdone — and a chair experience that feels calm, prepared, and unmistakably professional.

Experience timeline

Twenty-Five years, told plainly.

  1. 01 · Early career

    Foundations & craft

Years of focused study and on-the-job repetition — building the technique, color theory, and skin work that everything else stands on.

  2. 02 · Editorial & print

    Beauty for the camera

Editorial shoots, lookbooks, and beauty close-ups sharpened a camera-true approach: skin that reads as skin, color that holds in every light.

  3. 03 · Television & film

    On-set discipline

Broadcast, lifestyle, and film work added continuity, fast resets, long shoot days, and the calm professionalism set life requires.

  4. 04 · Celebrity & talent

    High-stakes glam

Press days, red carpets, and personal talent prep — including artistry for Vivica A. Fox, LaToya Jackson, and Fantasia.

  5. 05 · Bridal & private clients

    The most important morning

That same standard carried into bridal — quiet, luxury wedding-day artistry for clients across all 50 states with travel fees.

  6. 06 · Today

Philosophy

What Regina believes about makeup.

A few principles that show up in every chair, every wedding morning, and every shoot day.

01

Skin first, always

Great makeup starts with healthy, glowing skin. Prep is never skipped — that's where the longevity and the luminosity come from.

02

Personalized, never templated

No two faces get the same treatment. Color, finish, and structure are tuned to your features, your event, and your light.

03

Finished but never overdone

Defined, polished, photo-ready — and still recognizably you. The goal is a face you'll love in person and in the photos.

04

Calm in the chair

On time, prepared, and quietly in charge of the morning. The energy in the room is part of the service.

Why clients love working with Regina

The work matters. So does the experience.

  • She listens before she paints.

Every booking starts with the same thing — a real conversation about you, the day, and the look you've been picturing.

  • She makes the chair feel calm.

Brides and talent describe the experience the same way: organized, warm, and never rushed.

  • She's done this before.

Wedding mornings, live tapings, press days, editorial covers. The hand is steady because the reps are real.

  • The result still looks like you.

Elevated, polished, camera-ready — but unmistakably you. That's the through-line in every booking.
